Cancellation Policy
To respect the time of all clients and the services providers following policy applies to all appointments.
A deposit is required to all bookings
All deposits are non- refundable
Cancellations or rescheduling must be at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
If you cancel less then 24 hours before your appointment or do not show up:
Your deposit will be forfeited
A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
The policy ensures fairness, protects appointments availability, and allows other clients the opportunity to book.
